Standing Training

Oneness Posture helps us to develop connection through our legs and back using a singular standing posture.

Wandering Bear exercises help us to develop our connection through our legs while shifting weight from side to side.

Advance/Retreat is an excellent exercise for developing motor control into the hips, and motion of the waist.

Cloud Hands exercise is very much like Wandering Bear, only this time we face the hands to the body and rotate at the waist while shifting our weight from side to side.
