Qi Body Massage for Spinal Cord Injury

Many of you have been asking me how I turned my body back on after spinal cord injury. Well, here is one of the many practices I used to re-activate my body when it had seemingly shut down. This practice of tapping and massaging the body along the meridian channels and at major energetic points has been around for ages. It's nothing new, just tried and true. In this version I start from the crown of the head as that is the most furthest point from my level of injury that is still operational and sensational. By starting with what does work and what does send appropriate signals through the nervous system we can bring that function down into the areas that are less responsive and active. In time I have found that my body begins to respond in like. It takes time, but the body does begin to turn back on. After a round of body tapping can you notice any sensations trying to come through from your body?
